Important notice ... I will be out of the country from Tuesday afternoon,
May 20th. to Wednesday, May 28th. May 28th. I will be on a flight back to the
States on Wednesday afternoon.
Tuesday's update: This is the Institutional chart that we post on our paid
subscriber sites every day.
Given that Institutions account for over 50% of the stock market's daily volume,
it is critically important to monitor Institutional activity on their "core
holdings".
As seen in today's chart, the index of Institutional core holdings dropped
on Thursday and Friday. The significance of the drop was that it brought the
index back into the down channel which officially started when the Institutional
Index reached an exact 61.8% Fibonacci retracement last October.
As long as the Institutional index is moving lower within the channel, the
market will have no support from Institutional investors. This is a high risk
condition.
