Mixed, and Dangerous Conditions?

Imagine that two forces are combating each other and they are about equal in strength ... who will win?

That's a really unfair question because your answers would probably be different at different stages.

Stages like:

  1. At the very beginning.
  2. In the last half of the fight.
  3. And, after the fight is over.

That is similar to where the market is today. The posted chart below shows that the Options Liquidity flows are saying that the market should be going down, while our Momentum Gain/Loss indicator is showing a positive condition with an up tick.

So, we have two opposing forces with each showing actions that could negate the other ... Who will win?

Don't try to decide at the very beginning of a fight ... instead, try making a decision in the last half of a fight when it becomes clear who is stronger, fighting harder, and fighting better.

What is clear for today, is that a formidable battle is likely to occur this week. (Note this chart is posted daily for regular subscribers and is found in Section 1 as Chart #1.)
