We're going to strike while the iron is hot and get out ahead of the game. If you had applied 2x leverage to your positions, below is a chart of performance from Timer Trac on my 1-2-3 PLUS trading system. This chart is applied to the ETF funding vehicle noted below compared to the S&P 500.
Here is another performance chart from Timer Trac with applying 2x leverage to the S&P 500. Not too shabby.
Don't you want gains like these in times like these? If you're patient and stick with me long enough, sizeable gains will come. With that being said, let's get out while the getting is good. True, there could be a few more down days in the market before the bottom is finally established, but rather than be greedy, I'm all for taking profits.
Remove all Bearish positions (see new weighting below).
Current Weighting Suggestion:

Long Term Investor Buy Signal Alert
Over the past several years, this indicator has predicted several 100-point or more moves in the S&P. There are only 2 to 3 of these signals every year, so they're worth paying attention to. This is an ideal signal for investors to put cash to work following a down move in the market.
A Long Term Investor Buy Signal Alert was issued July 23, 2008.
Long Term Investor Crash Warning Indicator
This indicator is a variation of the widely published Hindenburg Omen. We'll let you know when we're seeing indications of a potential crash to come. This would be a good time for long term investors to take some money off the table.
This indicator is not coming into play at this point in time.
