MortiES' Weekend Update 28May2011 - Happy Memorial Weekend!

I want to get this out early this weekend so I can enjoy the Holiday break. The chart is pretty self-explanatory. I'd like to think we will see a breakout of the regression channel and a break above the neckline again early next week.

On this Memorial Day, I want to salute all those who paid the ultimate price in war for our country. I lost a lot of friends in Vietnam, but especially I want to remember Jay Simms. I felt responsible for him in the short couple months we knew each other. Jay just turned 24 when he was killed leading his platoon against a fortified NVA position on Hill 1044. I was 30 meters to his left in an online assault. In a short span of one week on Operation Dewey Canyon, our Battalion - 1/9 - lost seven officers KIA. The Army was so impressed with the performance of the 9th Marines on Dewey Canyon that they awarded, for the first time in history, a Marine unit the Army Presidential Citation.
