US Dollar Cycle Review

US Dollar Cycle Review

The one asset that can change the world. The US Dollar. A jump in value of the US Dollar would change company revenues in the US dramatically. This means stocks down, this means recession and not a small one.

Cycles are cycles, and they are bullish for the US dollar. Price action is beginning to confirm the cycle. We do not have a classic Wyckoff break out just yet, but we are seeing signs of strength. This is the real reason for stocks falling 15% last month. Euro zone mess, Germany's possible exit from the EU zone, who knows. If you have been investing for the last 2 years and have profits time to go on a 12 month fishing trip and forget about the markets. Or ! Trade the US Dollar rally over the next year.

We believe the game has changed from offense to defense. QE from the fed will only create monthly dips in the US Dollar rally as the Euro zone implodes.
