The Cycle Force in the EURO is Powerful

Darth Euro

The truth about the Star Wars villain 'Darth Vader' is that he had from a young age a breathing problem and was teased by all the beautiful people and thus had to get back at the universe, we all know what happened, a child out of wedlock, planets blowing up and lots of koalas (or Ewoks) getting hurt, etc. But back to what Darth Vader was good it, he could feel the force. And the cycle force is strong in the Euro.

The last few weeks has seen the Euro and the SP500 to be highly correlated, therefore the Euro (FXE Etf) cycle is front and center. Ignore it at your peril.

The cycle has had only one inversion since 2006, very statistically significant. Fundamentals do move the market, yet the cycle forewarns of the fundamental shift to the movement.
