GBP/USD Support Breached

GBP/USD extended the pullback from 1.5834 to breach the 1.5645 support level but early signs of basing are noted.

While 1.5834 caps we cannot rule out another downside probe, with settlement below 1.5645 to risk a return towards 1.5500 in a deeper correction of the 1.5235 advance.

In the meantime, re-capture of 1.5834 would suggest that an important reaction low has formed, signalling a revival of the 1.5235 move through 1.5993 for the 1.6167 reaction high initially.
