What are the Key Indexes Saying Now?

On the chart posted below ...

The Institutional Index, the SPY, and the NDX./QQQ, were above their horizontal resistance/support lines. (The current down trending on these indexes is not a good thing to see.)

The IWM was below its thick black resistance line. The NYA was below its thick black horizontal resistance line.

Is there a concern now? Institutional Investors don't know "who" will win the Presidential election for sure, so they are keeping their options open.  Institutional Investor hesitation is about what happens after the election.
