Gap

4/20/2008 11:59:56 PM

The week ended with a big one.

Welcome to Lynn T's 1-2-3 PLUS Alert. To learn more about my Partial Leverage Utilization System, click here.

Stronger than expected earnings last week have sparked some life into the bulls. The "spring" has been put back into their step. So much spring that a noticeable gap was created on Friday. Just when will the gap close? Eventually (that's a given), but I don't see it happening as quickly as it was formed.

Volume has been fairly constant and the SPY has been advancing regardless. An upward channel can be seen on the weekly chart below. Let's take advantage of the ride while it lasts by adding more bullishness to our portfolios.

Add another 1/3 bullish position (see new weighting below).

Current Weighting Suggestion:

2/3 in Bullish Leverage
1/3 in CASH mode

You can email me with any questions at plus@stockbarometer.com.

Have a great week!
