The Market Continues to Lose Momentum

The market continues to climb day after day, without any meaningful pullback.

Nevertheless, looking at our Sigma Trading Oscillator, we can notice that the trend is losing momentum: market makes new highs (blue line) while the Sigma trend Index (red line) is already declining.

This situation underlines that a correction should occur sooner rather than later.

Sigma Trading Oscillator

This situation is not confirmed by our summation 21 index and our turnover index. Both index remain in buy territory (blue line above red line).
