Below is a Point & Figure chart of the Institutional Investor "core holdings".

What to observe ... Note how the "core holdings" ended last Friday ... up against and testing the red resistance line.

What does it mean for the red resistance line to be tested? First ask why haven't the the Institutional "core holdings" been able to move above this resistance line?

As the test happens in the next 24 to 48 hours, the Fed will be pumping in a lot of money in an effort to push the "core holdings" above the resistance line shown. Stay tuned, be watchful, and be cautious.
