Pelosi Slams Senate ...

Rants and Raves, but is it Time for Her to go?

The Nancy Pelosi show is getting old. She continues to get it wrong as a spendaholic on programs. Maybe it's time for her to retire! Her latest: Nancy Pelosi Slams Senate Dithering On Jobs:

"The House has repeatedly sent jobs-creating bills to the Senate since December -- Build America Bonds, small business hiring incentives, and importantly, summer jobs -- and yet Republicans continue to block approval of jobs legislation," said Pelosi in a statement. "What is it that Republicans in the Senate and House don't understand about the need for jobs in America?"

Is she even listening to Americans? Please see: Fox News Poll: 78 Percent Say Government Spending Is Out of Control

A Fox News poll released Friday shows the number of voters who say they believe government spending is out of control increased 16 points, up from 62 percent in April 2009 to 78 percent now. A sizable majority of Democrats (61 percent) call current spending out of control, as do virtually all Republicans (95 percent) and most independents (82 percent).

In addition, 81 percent of voters say they are fed up with the growing federal deficit, and 73 percent say they're tired and fed up with government spending.

Even the majority (61%) of democrats in this country are tired of government spending. Maybe Americans are catching on to the dangers of wild government spending, and the cost coming to them soon in the form of higher taxes. Is she telling Americans the cost of higher taxes. No, it probably happens after she's gone, and she knows that.

"The bill Senate Republicans allowed to pass is not only inadequate with respect to physician fees, but it ignores urgent sections of the House bill to provide jobs," Pelosi said. "I see no reason to pass this inadequate bill until we see jobs legislation coming out of the Senate."

Is she even paying attention to her own party? Even Obama isn't getting what he wants: Obama's $50 Billion Request Gets Chilly Reception From House Dems

The reception Obama's letter received on Monday was even more skeptical than the one House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) offered the day before when asked about it on ABC's "This Week." Hoyer said. "I think it's accurate that there's spending fatigue, not only on Capitol Hill, but around the country."

Hoyer may be on to something Pelosi fails to recognize, which is supported by the Fox poll above. Americans are getting very tired of government spending and expanding budgets.

The Pelosi show is tiresome. I'll ask it again. Is it time for Pelosi to go? What do you think?

Hope all is well.
