Sovereign debt issues are once again bubbling to the surface, not only in Europe, but in the U.S. as well. Ten Year U.S. Treasury Yields shot up sharply higher this week. Bond investors are becoming concerned about the amount of quantitative easing (QE-II) the Fed will resort to. See bond section for details.
