USD/CAD: The Short-Term Declining Trendline Has Been Broken

USD/CAD has broken its short-term declining trendline and its hourly resistance at 1.0247. Another resistance can be found at 1.0297. Supports are given by the rising trendline (around 1.0235) and 1.0181 (15/03/2013 low).

The break of the support at 1.0217 (28/02/2013 low) suggests a weakening bullish momentum. Coupled with the strong resistance at 1.0447 (04/06/2012 high) and the general overbought conditions, we see a limited upside potential for USD/CAD.
