TLT - Potentially a 'Runaway' Weekly Gap to Derail Equities!!!

TLT (weekly) - did a runaway* weekly gap in early April 2012 that started SPX's correction with a couple of hundred points swiftly into June 2012.

  • We just have a weekly gap on TLT again as of this Friday where the previous last 2 runway weekly gaps were in April & May 2012
  • The chances of this being a runway gap is high given other bearish indicators on equities and the fact that this is a weekly closing
  • I expect to see a decisive move in both TLT Vs. SPX (i.e bonds versus equities) very soon...

*Note: Runway gap is a gap that continue to move into the direction where the gap happens without the gap being filled any time soon
