NYSE Margin Divergence to Price

Broken Link

The April 2015 NYSE margin level is a concern, not for its level, but its effect on NYSE prices it looks like its broken.

The last 3 months has seen a handsome increase in NYSE Margin but yet prices have not moved an equal amount. This new buying power is been met with equal selling power. This is simple distribution, or more likely the informed selling to the uniformed. Or the smart money selling to the dumb money, those that are last to this party. This is also another reason why the NYSE Summation Index has struggled to get past the +500 level as per previous post.

Investing Quote...

"Don't take action with a trade until the market, itself, confirms your opinion. Being a little late in a trade is insurance that your opinion is correct. In other words, don't be an impatient trader." ~ Jesse Livermore

"It is better to have few stocks and to watch them carefully." ~ Bernard Burach
