Emerging Bonds: Topping!

Emerging Market Bond Fund

  • Emerging Market Bonds rallied with Junk, which has been riding the commodity rebound.

  • EMB started from a Downside Capitulation and is now generating topping stuff.

  • Each rally has been limited by the upper Keltner Channel. This one is there!

  • The rally has accomplished an impressive swing from Daily oversold to overbought.

  • This week it has generated an Inverse Springboard, which is a momentum sell.

  • It has also generated a Sequential Sell, which is pattern.

  • The last such Sequential was registered in July 2014, on the high close for the year.
