The window I use for Point 23 is 217-226 from the anchor date, so we are well within the high tide window right now. +225 hits on 7/26, the FOMC meeting and Ray Merriman AstroDate (Sun/Mars conjunction in Leo). However, Mars entered Leo today which opens the AstroWindow.
