Have the bears woken from their winter slumber?

While last week didn't look like a consolidation, it did break the previous week's highs. That action makes it hard to dispute the fact that while the bears may have shaken off some of that winter sleep, the bulls are still making their presence known.

Let's not shy away from the potential bullish action completely just yet.
