The VIX Did Not Show Great Action Yesterday ...

I'm not happy with yesterday's VIX action.

The VIX closed at 13.44 which was Neutral+.

That was a good thing, but what I wasn't happy with was the 16.60 gap that did NOT get filled. I don't like getting close to filling a gap and then not closing it because it often represents a higher risk situation where the gap gets filled later.
