GOLD: Rocket in the Gantry

TRIGGER$ - January 2013

Everyone should put their harness on!

Rocket in the Gantry

Rocket

The Gold rocket is ready in the gantry and positioned for lift off. Newly elected Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has his finger on the launch button and the rocket science team of Bernanke, Draghi and King, who unwantingly are responsible for the launch, are watching the countdown very nervously.

The reality is none of them want this rocket to launch, but they built it and now they have few options left but to 'let her fly', and see where she goes. They mistakenly think they can control her, but she has never been flown before, has no guidance system and is capable of leaving the earth's orbit. This could be interesting and everyone should put their harness on.

DRIVER$

Before I show you the blue prints for the launch, I thought we should discuss the extremely volatile fuel pumped into this unguided missile.

The fuel onboard is sufficient to get "GoldRocket I" to an elevation of about 2100 on the SPX, on this initial trip. She is capable of significantly more but likely will be limited until the subsequent trip of "GoldRocket II"

YEN CARRY TRADE IGNITION

Now let's talk about ignition. Indications are that GodRocket I will launch with the combination of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's Yen Carry Trade Explosion and a first quarter 2013 US Debt Downgrade.

LONG TERM FLIGHT TRAJECTORY

GoldRocket II is likely going to be held until later in 2013 when a Collateral Contagion associated with Rehypothecation impacts the $640 Trillion SWAPS market. The degree of risk adjusted mispricing and malinvestment almost assures this launch. The long term flight trajectory as shown below on this quarterly Gold flight plan is pretty clear, only the actual launch date of GoldRocket II is still to be finalized. The chart suggests it to be later in 2013.

TRIGGER$

Our focus should be on GoldRocket I's spectacular lift towards 2100. We have a raft of "TRIGGER$" showing the launch is near at hand.

CONCLUSION

A "SILVER TIPPED" GOLD ROCKET

As Interesting as GoldRocket I and II are, the real payload is SILVER. These will be silver tipped rockets and the 'poor man's gold' will be seen clearly during the spectacular rise.
