USD/CAD: The Support at 0.9825 is Challenged

USD/CAD has declined towards the key support at 0.9825 (13/12/2012 low). A break of this support would open the way for a test of the support at 0.9736 (05/10/2012 low). Hourly resistances are at 0.9850 (intraday low) and 0.9886.

The underlying trend is negative (see mediumterm declining channel in the daily time frame). Therefore, we see the rise from 0.9633 (14/09/2012 low) as a countertrend move. A test of the support at 0.9633 (14/09/2012 low) is likely in the next six months.
